Industry presets for your review page
A preset swaps the neutral Trustaroo wording for text written for your sector, in one selection and with nothing to write. This page shows how to apply one and reproduces the wording of all four, so you can compare before you commit. Applying a preset takes under a minute.
This is part of Trustaroo Premium. Upgrade from Account and billing in the app to switch it on.
Applying a preset
- Open your business profile and select the Review page branding panel.
- Under Copy, select Preset (sector-specific).
- Open Preset sector and choose Restaurant / hospitality, Retail, Healthcare or Services.
- Save the business profile page.
- Open your own review link on a phone and read it as a customer would.

What a preset does not change
A preset only rewrites text. Everything else about the customer's path stays where you set it:
- Your logo, which is uploaded separately. See Upload your review page logo.
- Your star threshold, which decides who sees the public review path and who sees the private feedback form.
- The review destination the continue button leads to.
- The contact details on the feedback page.
So switching preset is a low-risk change. If the new wording does not suit you, pick another sector or go back to Default (Trustaroo) and save again.
Picking one when none fits exactly
Four presets cannot cover every trade, so match on the shape of the visit rather than the label.

If none of them says the right thing, switch to Custom, select the nearest sector, use Prefill from preset and edit from there. That is faster than writing from scratch. See Review page copy modes.
Preset wording exists in English and Dutch, so a customer gets it in their own language. Anything you type in Custom is shown to everybody exactly as written.
The preset changes the private feedback path as well as the public one. Give a low rating on your own link once so you see the feedback page and its thank-you screen in the wording you just chose.
