Download a printable review PDF
Trustaroo can build a print-ready PDF card that already contains your QR code, a heading and a one-line scan instruction. You pick the language and the paper size, download the file and send it to a printer. It takes about two minutes.
Before you start
- Add the location you want the card for. See Add a location.
- Fill in your company name, because it is printed at the top of the card. See Business information.
Steps
- Sign in at my.trustaroo.app and open your business profile.
- To print a card for one location, find its row in the Locations panel and select Download PDF. To print a card for the business as a whole, use Download PDF in the Share & Collect Reviews section.
- The Download Printable PDF dialog opens. Set Language to English or Dutch.
- Set Paper size to A4, Letter (US) or A5 (small).
- Select Download. The file is generated on Trustaroo's servers and saved to your computer.
What is on the card
The PDF is a single centered card containing:
- Your company name at the top.
- The heading "Leave us a review!" with the line "We value your feedback" (or the Dutch equivalent when you pick Dutch).
- The QR code for that location's short link.
- The instruction "Scan the QR code with your phone camera to share your experience with us. It only takes a minute!"
- The short link printed as text, so a customer who cannot scan can type it in.
- A small "Powered by Trustaroo" line at the bottom.
The wording is fixed and is not affected by your review page branding, which changes the page customers see after they scan.
Pick the language your customers read, not the language of your Trustaroo account. A cafe in Antwerp serving international guests may want one Dutch card and one English card on the same table.
Choosing a paper size

A5 is half of A4, so an A4 print cut in half is not the same thing as an A5 file: the A5 version scales the QR code and text down to stay balanced on the smaller page. Pick the size you will actually print on.
Print on card stock of about 250 gsm for table cards, or laminate the sheet in a kitchen, salon or workshop where paper gets wet or greasy. A plastic table-tent holder keeps the card upright and stops staff from moving it out of sight.
Printer settings that matter
- Print at 100 percent scale. "Fit to page" or "shrink to fit" can shrink the quiet zone around the code and make it harder to scan.
- Print in black and white at the highest quality your printer offers. Draft mode blurs the edges of the code modules.
- Do not print on dark or heavily patterned paper. Phone cameras need contrast.
The card carries the location's short link, and that link keeps working after you archive the location. Collect the cards back in yourself when you retire a location, and download any PDF you still want first, because the row leaves your Locations panel. See Edit and archive locations.
