Share your review link

Every location has one short review link, and four ways to put it in front of a customer. This page shows where they all live and which to use where. One minute to copy a link, five to read the rest.

Sign in at my.trustaroo.app, select Profile, then Locations. Each row shows the location's name, its Short Link and a set of action buttons. The link has the form https://my.trustaroo.app/response/xxxxxxxxxxx, where the last part is an eleven character code belonging to that location alone.

The four actions

  • Copy link. The copy icon puts the short link on your clipboard and confirms with "Link copied to clipboard". Use it for email, WhatsApp, SMS, a booking confirmation or a button on your website.
  • Download QR. The QR icon opens the location's QR code so you can download the image and drop it into your own poster, menu or invoice template. See Google review QR code.
  • Download PDF. The PDF icon opens a dialog where you pick a Language and a Paper size of A4, Letter (US) or A5, then select Download for a print-ready sheet you do not have to design. See Printable PDF.
  • Add to Apple Wallet. The Apple Wallet badge downloads a pass file. Trustaroo confirms with a note that you should open the file on your iPhone to add it to Wallet, and the pass uses whichever language the app interface is currently set to. See Apple Wallet pass.
Each location has its own link

Never reuse one branch's QR code at another branch. The link is how Trustaroo knows which location a rating belongs to, so a shared code merges two branches' numbers and can send customers to the wrong review page.

The channel-by-channel detail is in Collecting reviews, including WhatsApp and SMS, Email signature and Receipts and invoices.

Do not shorten it again

The link is already short, and putting it behind another shortener adds a redirect that some QR scanners and mail filters handle badly. Paste it as it is.

Before you send it to anyone

Open the link yourself first and walk the whole path: rate high once and confirm your review page opens, then rate low once and confirm you get the feedback form. A link that works and points nowhere is the most common setup mistake, and it costs you every customer who tries it. See Test your redirect.

If a customer tells you the link showed "Link not found", the code was mistyped or the link was copied incompletely; see Link not found.
